FULL TIME: Saints 3-3 Bournemouth
It finishes a point apiece here as Southampton are denied all three points in the final few minutes by a Callum Wilson leveller. With Fulham still 1-0 up against Cardiff, it could prove to be the point that secures Premier League safety.
King's effort is wide
Solanke chests the ball into the path of King but his left-footed strike is well wide.
Five minutes added time...
There's going to be a minimum of five minutes added time here at St Mary's.
Gunn makes a huge, huge save to deny Wilson
Wilson is played clean through on goal by Brooks, carrying the ball a fair distance before looking to score. Gunn is out to deny him and make a big save.
The visitors level
King wins the ball off Armstrong, plays it left to Fraser and his low cross is bundled in at the back post by Wilson.
Callum Wilson (85’) | 3 – 3
Targett's dinked cross runs away
Targett takes up a good position on the left and finds space, before sending a dinked cross to the back post which runs out for a goal kick.
Solanke's pass runs out for a goal kick
Solanke looks to set Fraser away in a promising position down the right but he overhits his pass and it goes out for a goal kick.
A Saints corner comes to nothing...
Yan Valery's cross is turned behind by Simpson. Ward-Prowse's delivery comes in to the front post but Lerma clears in front of Ings.
Fraser slots his effort wide
Solanke is immediately into the action as he sets the ball back Fraser, but the Scotland international hits it first time and it's not troubling Gunn.
Højbjerg's effort flies just wide
It's a powerful effort from the skipper who sees his right-footed effort fly wide from the edge of the area.
BACK IN FRONT 🔥
Valery delivers a wonderful cross from the right, Targett meets it at the back post with his head and makes it 3-2.
Matt Targett (66’) | 3 – 2
Ward-Prowse's corner evades everyone
Saints are well on top here! Ward-Prowse's corner is whipped in with pace and it goes all the way through without a touch.
Ings' effort saved by Boruc
Simpson gets caught under the ball after Højbjerg's long pass, Ings looks to flick it beyond Boruc as it drops down but it doesn't have enough power.
We're level! Ward-Prowse picks up the ball on the edge of the box and sends a low drive beyond Boruc's reach with his left foot.
James Ward-Prowse (54’) | 2 – 2
Simpson hits the side-netting
Fraser's corner is delivered to the front post and Simpson's header comes back off the side-netting.
Redmond shoots over
Ings dances his way into the box with quick feet before passing the ball short to Long. He sets it back to Redmond on the edge of the area but he fires his shot well over.
Gosling down injured
There's a break in play here as Gosling receives treatment, with Hyndman being prepared on the bench in case he can't continue.
Bertrand's shot is always rising
The ball falls out as far as Bertrand following a Saints corner but he can't keep his left-footed volley down.
Back under way! Come on, Saints
We're up and running for the second-half. Ralph Hasenhüttl has introduced Targett in place of Romeu. Let's get after these.
HALF TIME: Saints 1-2 Bournemouth
Ralph Hasenhüttl's men started superbly and deservedly led through Shane Long but the game has turned here at St Mary's, with goals from Gosling and Wilson giving the visitors an advantage at the interval.
Yellow Card for Dan Gosling (Bournemouth)
Cynical from Gosling who is turned by Ings and blocks him off to prevent a counter-attack.
Fraser fouled by Bertrand
Fraser collects the ball on the right, Bertrand runs into the back of him and it's a free-kick to the visitors as we approach half-time. Three minutes additional time indicated.
King's penalty appeal turned down
King holds the ball up on the left before looking to beat Bednarek and Valery to get into the box but he goes down too easily.
Ings' run is blocked by Lerma
Ings lifts the ball over Lerma's head and looks to set Saints on the attack from deep but he's blocked off and a free-kick is given.
Yellow Card for Shane Long (Southampton)
Long gets a yellow card for a foul just inside the Bournemouth half. Brooks looks to sprint away and Long takes a swipe at him.
Wilson gives Bournemouth the lead
Brooks's powerful effort from the edge of the area is pushed out by Gunn but Wilson pounces to tap home.
Callum Wilson (31’) | 1 – 2
Bednarek makes a vital block
Bournemouth work the ball to King inside the area but just as he's about to shoot, Bednarek is there to clear it away with a superb challenge. He looked to be in a bit of pain but he's back on his feet.
Yellow Card for Oriol Romeu (Southampton)
Romeu is the first man into the book as he wipes out Fraser from behind. The free-kick is taken short despite being set up to come in from deep and Saints clear.
A HUGE chance for Long!
It should be 2-1! Long sees his initial effort saved by Boruc at close range and has the goal at his mercy, but he hits the post with the rebound from a few yards out.
An incisive counter-attack
The visitors are level after their first attack. It's four against two on the counter, Wilson is found on the left and finds Gosling's run into the box who slots the ball past Gunn right-footed.
Dan Gosling (19’) | 1 – 1
Redmond curls wide
Redmond drifts inside from the left and looks to curl the ball into the far corner right-footed but it goes just wide. CLOSE!

Early pressure from Saints
Jan Bednarek reacts after seeing his left-footed effort inside the box blocked by Jefferson Lerma.
Bertrand's cross too high for Højbjerg
What a start from Saints! They're swarming all over Bournemouth. Bertrand is the latest to send the ball into the box, but it's too high for the rising Højbjerg to get his head to.
Redmond sees an early effort blocked by Simpson
Ward-Prowse, Ings and Redmond combine on the edge of the area before the latter sees a low, right-footed strike blocked behind for a corner, which Bednarek almost turns home but Lerma blocks it.
