Saints again work the ball across from right to left with Redmond playing in Tadić, but his low shot across goal goes agonizingly wide of the right post.

The Serbian receives the ball inside the area from a deflected cross and turns one man before firing a low shot which is blocked by a couple of Burnley defenders.

A clearance from a free-kick comes back into the Saints area where Mee hurries a shot, and his low effort goes wide of the right post.

Bertrand delivers another good cross into the area aimed towards Long, but Tom Heaton gets there first.

The striker picks up a rebound on Ward-Prowse's free-kick and then sees a long range shot blocked by Jeff Hendrick inside the area.
