MEMBERSHIP & SEASON TICKET FAQS

2021/22 Season Tickets

What are the prices and when can I buy?

Our full season prices are published here. This represents a price freeze on the overall ticket price for those renewing.

Whilst the club awaits confirmation of Step 4 of the Government roadmap out of lockdown, supporters over the age of 18 are required to make a £100 deposit to secure seats for next season, whilst a £19 deposit is required for all under 18s.

Supporters who held season tickets on either 2020/21 or 2019/20 qualify for our loyalty pricing if they secure their seats with a deposit before Thursday 17th June.

All other supporters can secure their seats immediately with the deposits.

The club will confirm details of when the remaining balance is due in the second half of June to coincide with the government’s latest guidance based on our move into Step 4 of the roadmap out of lockdown. We expect to open remaining balance payments at the end of June with the deadline likely to be mid July. Should there be delay's in moving to step 4 or futher information on how the 2021/22 season will look with regards to fans, this gives us flexibility to amend pricing should we need to.

When will the loyalty price and reservation of my seat expire?

All season ticket seats from the 2020/21 season will be on hold during the secure your seat window through until June 17. All seats that are not secured by this date will then be released for sale.

How can I purchase?

Supporters can secure their seats for next season through their My Saints account  or by calling the Ticket Office on 02381 780 780 between 9.30am-5pm from Monday to Friday.

Please note that the offices are still working under Covid guidance and limited staff numbers.

What is the easiest way to renew my existing seats?

Log in to your saints account online. Select reserved seats in the drop down list and the seats that you held for 2020/21 will be listed. Follow the instructions on screen to purchase these again. You can alternatively view the seat map and select other available seats should you wish to move.

The person who paid for the 20/21 transaction will see all tickets for their party under the reserved tickets tab.

I held a 19/20 season ticket and have heard I qualify for the loyalty price?

This is correct. We understand that last year was a unique situation where due to the uncertainty of the season, not everyone was in a position to commit in the summer. We will therefore give those supporters who held a 19/20 season ticket but did not renew last year the ability to renew at the Loyalty price. To ensure this happens, you need to secure your seat with a deposit by June 17. Due to relocation windows taking place last year, the 19/20 seat locations are not on reserve. To select new seats, login to your MySaints account, select ‘my offers’ from the menu and then select available seats in the block of your choice.

I haven’t held a season ticket in recent years, when and how can I purchase?

You can purchase immediately from any available seats. This can be actioned online through your MySaints Account and then selecting New Season Tickets along the menu bar. You will then be able to view available seats by clicking in each block. Alternatively, you can call 02381 780 780 from 9.30am-5pm Monday to Friday or email us [email protected]

What payment methods can be used to secure your seat?

To secure your seat for either £100 or £19, you can use either card payment or any credits you may hold on your account or a combination of each.

What Payment methods can be used to pay the remaining balance?

To pay the remaining balance, you can either pay by Card, Credits or using either of our instalment options which for this year shall cover a 3 payment split or a 7 payment split with no extra charge?.

You can also pay a combination of card or credits online or by the phone.

To pay with an instalment plan and credits, this is possible but you will need to action this over the phone on 02381 780 780 or in person at the stadium.

Can I purchase a seat after June 17?

Yes you will be able to but this will be at the full price. To qualify for the loyalty pricing, you must secure your seat prior to June 17.

Instalment plans – how do they work?

For the 2021/22 season, there will be two methods of splitting your payments into instalments and spreading the costs – a three-payment plan and a seven-payment plan. Both have no added interest nor do they require credit checks.

The three-payment option – Will split the remaining balance in to three exact payments due on the following:

i - One payment to be made upon set up of plan
ii – 31st August 2021
iii – 30th September 2021

The seven-payment option - Will split the remaining balance in to seven exact payments due on the following:

i - One payment to be made upon the setup of plan.

ii – 31st August 2021

iii – 30th September 2021

iv – 31sT October 2021

v – 30 November 2021

vi – 31 December 2021

vii – 31 January 2022

To set these up and take the first payment, card details will be required. This will then automate the further payments to be taken from this card on the future dates.

Should payments be missed or fail, you will be contacted and the season ticket will be blocked until payment is made.

How can I use my credits with an instalment plan?

This can be actioned, but only by calling the ticket office. If you are using this method, the credits will then be removed from the outstanding balance. This remaining balance after credit removal shall then be split equally in to three or seven to form the instalment plan.

Can I buy car parking?

Car Parking will be available but details are still being finalised and will be announced a little nearer the season. We shall announce details on the main club website and shall again sell these on a seasonal basis.

What if matches are played behind closed doors/reduced capacities?

By delaying full payments until we know further about step 4 of the government roadmap, this gives us flexibility to adjust pricing should it become clear that games will have limited/reduced capacities at the beginning of 2020/21. With the recent return of fans at matches we hope this is not the case but shall evaluate in mid June.

The club, via the saints promise, has detailed that if we are later informed that matches will be played behind closed doors or on reduced capacities where we cannot seat all season ticket holders once the season starts, supporters will be refunded a credit to their account that can then be used at any point before August 2022 or be refunded directly at the end of the season.

Should matches be played in a limited capacity stadium we would put a mechanism in place to reward season ticket holders to receive first priority in attending. Further information would be released as to how this process would work, including pricing, should this situation occur.

What is the Kingsland plus area?

Ahead of the 2021/22 season, the club is making a number of improvements to the matchday experience, which will be shared in the coming months. One key development is the introduction of the new Kingsland Plus seating in Block 31 – supporters that currently hold seats in Block 31 have been contacted directly with further information about the new offering.

These are seats directly located on the halfway line of the Kingsland stand and will now have an enhanced padded seat product. The prices are £999 and £929 for any concessions for those who are existing season ticket holders in the stadium. This would be £1199 and £1129 for new supporters. The Gasworks membership can also be purchased with this for a reduced cost of £29 to create a premium product on the Kingsland stand.

Why is there now an inner centre and outer centre?

This was introduced for the 2020/21 season. Our central areas have now been amended and split. Blocks 5, 9, 29 and 33 shall become inner centre with 4, 10, 28 and 34 becoming outer centre blocks. All renewals during the renewal window shall just pay one fixed renewal price, the frozen centre price of the 19/20 season. Pricing will only be affected in here for new season ticket holders and on matches in the future.
