What is my Supporter Number?

Your Supporter Number is the unique number you will use to log in to If you’ve forgotten your Supporter Number, then simply contact the Ticket Office at [email protected] or call us on 02381 780 780.

Why can’t I log in to the ticket site?

To log-in to your account, you will need your Supporter Number and password. If you’ve forgotten your Supporter Number, then simply contact the Ticket Office at [email protected] or call us on 02381 780780. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it here

I’ve selected [email protected] – what do I do?

Firstly, your ticket must be printed. You will not be able to gain entry using your mobile phone or any other electronic device.

Your ticket can be printed at home, at work, at a friend’s house – anywhere you have access to your email and to a printer.

Your ticket is sent to you as a PDF document attached to your confirmation email. Open your confirmation email and double click on the attachment. Once open, you can select print.

Please always print on A4 paper. One ticket per A4 sheet of paper. Do not amend the ticket size.

You must keep your paper dry. Poor quality printing/ink may result in your ticket being rejected at the turnstiles. If this happens you will be asked to go to the Ticket Office for them to re issue your ticket.

Please fold your ticket as per the printed instructions prior to arriving at the turnstile.

Can I buy tickets for a match even though I've never been before?

Some matches go on ‘general sale’ which means you can buy tickets even if you haven’t been to a match at St Mary’s before.

You will need to register your details and you will be given a Supporter Number in order to purchase.

For some games, we have to put additional measures in place for supporters to buy tickets, and we are not permitted to allow tickets to go on general sale.

Can I reserve tickets in advance?

No, we are unable to reserve tickets. You can check our website to keep up to date with all upcoming on sale dates here.

If you are registered with us and accept emails you will also be advised of when you qualify for tickets for upcoming matches. If you're not registered, sign up for email reminders here.

When do tickets for a particular match go on sale?

Tickets for home games usually go on sale 5 weeks before the game, initially to Official Members. Click here for more details.

The website says I can only buy a ticket if I have attended a match before. Do Cup games count?

Yes – all competitive Southampton FC matches (excluding friendlies) will count towards your attendance history as long as that ticket was allocated to your own Supporter Number.

If someone else buys tickets for you for any match, make sure they are linked to you via Friends and Family online and they can allocate your ticket to your Supporter Number.

We are not able to do this after a purchase has been completed, or a match attended.

What time does the Ticket Office open on Saturday?

On a non-matchday Saturday, the Ticket Office opens at 9.30. If it is a matchday, the Ticket Office opens at 9.00am, or 11.00am for a 5.30pm kick-off.

The Ticket Office will close at half time, but will re-open again at the final whistle for half an hour.

My ticket for tomorrow’s game hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

If your ticket is for an away fixture, please contact the Ticket Office at the stadium to advise on 02381 780780 or by email via [email protected] for advice. Don’t worry, you won’t miss the match!

I’m a Saints fan but my friend is an away fan. Can we sit together?
