Saints As One
Saints As One is a joint initiative between Southampton Football Club and its charity, Saints Foundation, combining club and Foundation resources to support the local community.
It was founded during the Covid-19 pandemic, when Saints Foundation provided a vital lifeline to vulnerable people. Through the Saints As One initiative, the club worked with the Foundation to increase and evolve how we collectively deliver services, helping fans and people across the city stay connected during extremely challenging lockdowns.
Below you will also find a whole host of historic resources, offering advice on everything from health and fitness, to nutrition and mindfulness, as well as educational support and entertainment ideas for children.
