Saints Fest Tickets and 19/20 Kit Pre-Order Offer

  1. The first 100 people to complete a pre-order for a minimum of one 2019/20 Southampton FC replica shirt through store.saintsfc.co.uk will receive an email with a link to complete an online form to redeem two free VIP tickets to Southampton FC’s Saints Fest to be held at St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton on 29.06.2019.
  2. The next 500 people (after the first 100) to complete a pre-order for a minimum of one 2019/20 Southampton FC replica shirt through store.saintsfc.co.uk received by Southampton FC by 12pm on 03.06.2019 will receive an email with a link to complete an online form to redeem two free general admission tickets to Saints Fest (to be held at St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton on 29.06.2019).
  3. For the avoidance of doubt, a ‘pre-order’ means a completed pre-order of one or more 2019/20 Southampton FC replica shirts. The number of shirts in each pre-order will not affect the number of tickets made available should you be within the first 600 people to place a pre-order.
  4. Please note that in order to redeem the VIP and general admission tickets the online form must be completed and submitted within 3 days of receiving email. Failure to submit the form by this time will result in the tickets being released to another individual. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for forms that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be received by Southampton FC for any other reason.
  5. The first 600 people to complete a pre-order of a minimum of one 2019/20 Southampton FC replica shirt through store.saintsfc.co.uk will also receive an email with a special discount code, giving them the opportunity to purchase (general admission only) tickets for a discounted price of £2 per person. Please note that these tickets are available from 9.00am 31.05.2019 until 5.30pm on 07.06.2019 on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.
  6. Any discount code provided as part of this promotion may not be shared with any other individual. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions could result in your tickets being cancelled.
  7. No sustenance, travel or accommodation which may be required in order to make use of the free tickets is included as part of this offer. The Promoter shall have no responsibility in respect of such arrangements and shall have no liability to an individual who is offered a free or discounted ticket to Saints Fest and is unable to make use of this.
  8. No cash or other alternatives are available in whole or in part. In the event that Saints Fest is cancelled or postponed the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
  9. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be sold.
  10. Please note that under 16s attending Saints Fest must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (who may need to purchase an additional ticket).
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or liabilities, loss of earnings, injury, missed opportunity or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of this promotion. The Promoter further disclaims any liability for injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer which occurs in connection with this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the promotion
  13. Use of the free and discounted tickets shall be subject to the Saints Fest ticket terms and conditions.
  14. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Saints Fest Tickets - Season Ticket Holder & Official Member Reduced Price

  1. All 2019/20 Southampton FC Season Ticket Holders shall be entitled to purchase tickets for Saints Fest (to be at St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton on 29.06.2019) at a discounted rate of £2.00 per person from 03.06.2019 at 12.00pm. Children under the age of 5 years old go free.
  2. This discounted rate is available until 28.06.2019 at 5:30pm.
  3. In order to purchase tickets at the discounted rate Season Ticket Holders must enter their supporter number online at tickets.saintsfc.co.uk.
  4. Please note that tickets are available on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.
  5. Use of the discounted tickets shall be subject to the Saints Fest ticket terms and conditions as above.
  6. Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Saints Fest Tickets - General

In these terms and conditions (“Conditions”): Event: means Saints Fest, taking place at St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton on 29.06.2019; Force Majeure Event: means any event beyond either party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to any act of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, any terrorist attack, civil war, war, collapse of building, fire, explosion or accident, any labour or trade disputes or strikes or any interruption or failure of utility services; Southampton FC: means Southampton Football Club Limited with its registered office at St Mary’s Stadium, Britannia Road, Southampton, SO14 5FP and its company number being 00053301; Ticket: means a printed barcoded/QPR/confirmation number ticket or any other form of ticket (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) which will grant access to the Event; and Ticket Holder: means the person in possession of the Ticket who will be deemed to be bound by the Condition

  1. These Conditions apply to the purchase and/or use of any and all ticket granting access to the Event.
  2. Tickets for the Event are priced as follows:
    1. General Admission (6 years old and above): £5 per person where purchased online at tickets.saintsfc.co.uk in advance (please note tickets are available for purchase online up to 5:30pm on 28/06/19); 
    2. General Admission (6 years old and above): £10 where purchased in person on the day will be available from the ticket office only and can be purchased by cash and card.
    3. General Admission (5 years old and below): Free entrance when attending with a ticketed adult. 

    Special discounts and offers are available for 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders (see details above) and the first 600 people who pre-order a minimum of one 2019/20 Southampton FC shirt (adult or child) at store.saintsfc.co.uk, see above. Please note that no other discounts apply.

  3. All tickets remain the property of Southampton FC. Tickets may not be transferred, sold, offered for sale, coupled or bundled with any other product or services, or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever without the consent of Southampton FC.
  4. Southampton FC reserve the right to alter the Event without refund of money or exchange of ticket. In the circumstance where Southampton FC cancel the Event, Southampton FC will use all reasonable endeavours to reschedule the Event and provide equivalent tickets. If this is not possible, the Ticket Holder will be entitled to a full refund. Should there be a Force Majeure Event, the Ticket Holder will not be entitled to a refund. Southampton FC is unable to offer refunds except in accordance with this clause 3.
  5. If any ticket is used in breach of these Conditions it is void and the holder may be refused entry to or rejected from the Event.
  6. Southampton FC reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the premises for any reason where necessary. Southampton FC may have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons at the Event.
  7. Except for any legal responsibility that Southampton FC cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, Southampton FC is not legally responsible for:
    1. losses that:
      1. were not foreseeable to the Booker when the contract was formed; or
      2. that were not caused by any breach on the part of Southampton FC; or
    2. indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel, or accommodation costs).
  8. All personal possessions brought to the Event are the sole responsibility of the owner and Southampton FC shall have no liability for any loss or damage.
  9. The invalidity or partial invalidity of any provision of the Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the remainder of the Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
  10. Southampton FC will process data in accordance with data protection legislation and regulation (including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679). Unless the Ticket Holder is told otherwise by the Southampton FC, Southampton FC will securely destroy any personal data held no more than 3 months after the completion of the Event.
  11. Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  12. The Conditions and any disputes under it will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party will irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
