Southampton FC Women's Academy are enjoying a successful season across multiple age groups, and are now looking for the next group of developing players to register their interest and join the pathway.

As our Women's and Girls' pathway continues to go from strength to strength, our Under-21s, Under-16s, and Under-14s have all reached their respective Hampshire Senior Cup finals once again as reigning county champions.

Our Under-21s beat AFC Bournemouth 3-0 to reach their fourth successive final, and will face Moneyfields in the final on Wednesday 22nd April.

The Under-14s also beat AFC Bournemouth to reach their final, and will face Queens Park Ladies on Saturday 18th April, whilst the Under-16s breezed past Winchester City Flyers and will face Pompey in the Community on Saturday 11th April.

With a history of players rising through the ranks to feature for the first team, and now beyond with three Academy graduates at WSL clubs and involved in senior Lionesses squads, Southampton is an established club for young, developing talent in the Women's game.

The Under-21s team plays at the highest level of academy football and sit within our FA Category One licensed Pro-Game Academy, whilst the younger age groups play across the Junior Premier League. Our Emerging Talent Centre (U10-U12s) train regularly with the club, whilst remaining at their grassroots sides.

Now, Saints are looking to recruit the next group of Academy players, with an interest form available for trials by invitation at the club's Staplewood Campus - any interested players should complete the online form below to sign up for consideration.
