Our impact begins with connection — whether that’s the connection between our participants and staff, participants with each other, or our supporters and the cause.
In the 2024/25 season, Saints Foundation engaged 6,511 people, helping 5,545 to achieve a positive outcome for themselves. Supporting 2.4% of Southampton’s population and generating more than £10 million in social value for the city.
A positive outcome looks different for everyone who comes through our projects because it is personal and individual to them. For many, Saints Foundation is “a place where you can express yourself without being judged and where you don’t feel lonely.”
For others, it means offering work experience to a young person who might otherwise be overlooked, or helping an older adult regain confidence and independence after a fall.
Through these connections with our participants, we supported:
3,386 people to improve their mental wellbeing
2,607 people to raise their aspirations
2,674 people to build stronger, positive connections
Overall, in 2024/25, Saints Foundation generated £10,460,000 in social value.
Behind Every Number Is a Story
While much of Our Impact is about the numbers, we wanted to remind everyone that behind every number is a story.
Whether it’s a 72-year-old Senior Saints participant taking on the Big Saints Skydive, or a teenage girl struggling with her mental health who finds herself, grows in confidence, and goes on to become a casual member of staff — every journey matters.
