Our hummel equality shirt continues to create positive impact

The shirts were worn as a commitment in partnership with our Official Kit Partner, hummel, to stand together in the push for equality within the game.

Since then, the limited-edition equality warm-up shirts have been auctioned by Saints Foundation to help fund their equality projects in the local community. So far, just over half of the shirts have been sold, already raising more than £2,500 in funding.

The only Saints equality shirts in existence are those that were in the kit room for our men’s and women’s first teams on the 30th September and 1st October. You can still get your hands on one. The next batch of equality shirts are being auctioned now via the Saints Foundation eBay store below.

We also used this campaign as an opportunity to inspire the next generation of sports leaders, by surprising seven new participants of the Premier League Changemakers programme to a football session with Women’s First Team player, Sophia Pharoah. They also received a VIP training ground tour, complete with a Q&A session with Men’s First Team players James Bree and Ryan Fraser. Watch the video below to see how they got on:
