Key information ahead of digital ticketing
The first Premier League fixture will appear on supporter's Saints Ticket App by Saturday 27th July, find out everything you need to know below.
Ahead of our St Mary's opener against Nottingham Forest, supporters are encouraged to follow the below steps to ensure they are ready for the first match-day.
Season Tickets and Match ticket bookers
If you have a Season Ticket, your tickets will appear on a match-by-match basis a week before each match and in plenty time before kick-off. Your QR code will then appear on the ticket 24 hours ahead of kick off.
Tickets will be sent to the email address of the assigned ticket holder for each individual seat.
Should that account have no email address, this will default to the lead bookers email address.
Should an email address be attached to multiple accounts, they will receive all tickets linked to that email address
If the lead booker buys multiple tickets under one account, all will be available to the email address linked to the lead booker.
Example
Mr A buys two tickets, Block 1, Row A, Seats 1 and 2, and assigns seat 1 to himself and seat 2 to Mrs B.
Mr A holds the email address [email protected] and Mrs B has the email address [email protected].
In this case, by logging in to the Saints Ticket app using [email protected], this account will display the ticket for Block 1, Row A, Seat 1. Logging in to [email protected] shows Block 1, row A, seat 2.
If Mrs B held no email on her account, then both tickets would display for [email protected].
Supporters purchasing match tickets must select the correct fulfilment type, this will be selecting Saints Tickets App.
It is important to ensure you insert your friends and family's email address in the order so they can also receive their tickets on the app.

Should they already have the app and are logged in, this will be transferred within a minute.
If the email address you have transferred to has yet to be on the app, they will be sent details on how to download and obtain the tickets.
Transfers will be capped at 1 ticket per match for security purposes. Please note that the club may choose to turn this on or off depending on the risk of the fixture or event.
