Mauricio Pellegrino's men - unlucky to have missed out on a full complement of points in the weekend's Premier League action - have a clean bill of health entering Wednesday's midweek tie with Leicester City.
St Mary's is set to host its second consecutive league clash, with former Saints boss Claude Puel returning to Southampton for the first time.
Pellegrino has confirmed that Portuguese defender Cédric has resumed first-team training, while the remainder of his squad are fighting fit ahead of the Foxes' visit.
"Everybody is okay," the manager asserted. "Today Cédric was training with the team - 100 per cent.
"We will decide tomorrow, though. Most of them, or all of them, are ready to compete.
"Today Cédric was training, playing football with his teammates. But we'll decide tomorrow the squad that will be involved [against Leicester]."
